We aim to display accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions and material details. Handcrafted products may have minor variations in stitching, print placement or finish. Colours may also appear slightly different across screens.
These variations do not excuse defects or significant differences from the description or product agreed upon.
3. Prices and Payments
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other costs will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
Online payments are processed through Razorpay using the payment methods available at checkout.
Prices and offers may change for future purchases. We will not increase the agreed price of an accepted order without your agreement.
4. Orders and Availability
Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment where advance payment is required. Please check your chosen products, quantities and delivery details before submitting an order.
If we cannot fulfil an order because of unavailable stock, a material listing error or another valid reason, we will contact you. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items and any associated charges that no longer apply.
We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery availability, charges and estimated timelines will be provided during checkout or communicated before an order is confirmed.
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.
If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email us with your order details so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

7. Customised and Bulk Orders
For customised products and corporate gifting orders, specifications, quantities, prices, payment arrangements and delivery estimates will be agreed upon before confirmation.
Any special cancellation or return conditions will be disclosed before you place the order. These conditions do not remove your rights concerning defective, incorrect or misdescribed products.
