Returns

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a standard return, the item must be unworn or unused, with its original tags and packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

These conditions do not limit your rights concerning defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products under applicable law.

How to Request a Return

Email ruralarts.support@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. For damaged or incorrect items, please include photographs where available.

Please request a return before sending your item back. Once approved, we will provide return instructions, confirm the return address and explain the shipping arrangements and any applicable costs.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. The 3-day standard return window does not remove any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, contact us to request a return. Once your return is approved, we can guide you on placing a new order, subject to availability.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved. If a refund is declined, we will explain the reason.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact ruralarts.support@gmail.com.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not exclude or restrict rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law. Where mandatory cancellation or return rights apply to an order, those rights take precedence.
