Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 4–5 working days after confirmation. This is the dispatch timeframe, not the delivery timeframe.
Delivery times depend on the destination, courier service, local holidays and weather conditions. Shipping charges and available delivery estimates will be provided before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Confirmation
Our delivery partners may require an OTP to confirm delivery. Please provide an accurate, active mobile number at checkout, preferably one available on WhatsApp.
Share a delivery OTP only when the courier arrives to hand over your parcel.
Correct Contact and Address Details
Please check your phone number, delivery address and PIN code before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact ruralarts.support@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order is dispatched, changes depend on the courier’s process and may not be possible.
If an incorrect phone number or address causes a failed delivery, additional reshipping charges may apply. We will confirm any charges with you before arranging reshipment.
Urgent Delivery
For urgent delivery requests, email ruralarts.support@gmail.com before placing your order.
Expedited shipping may be available for an additional charge, depending on your location and courier availability. We will confirm availability, charges and estimated delivery time before you proceed.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, missing or marked as delivered but has not reached you, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the delivery partner.
If an item arrives damaged, please retain the packaging and share photographs where available to help us resolve the issue.
